What materials is the necklace made of?
Each piece is crafted from 316L German stainless steel, a high-quality material used in fine jewelry. It's durable, tarnish-resistant, and maintains its shine with daily wear.

Can I return the product if I don't like it?
As this is a personalized product, we cannot accept returns due to regret. Exchanges or refunds are only issued if the necklace has a manufacturing defect or the photo does not correspond to the one requested, as this is a unique product for each buyer and cannot be resold.

What does my order include?
Each order includes a personalized necklace with your photo, a chain, and an engraving of the image inside. The projected photo is also included at no additional cost as a special gift.
